Who runs it
High Goal Fantasy Polo is run by Northrule Ltd, United Kingdom. Write to [email protected], or use the contact form.
High Goal is independent: it is not run by, endorsed by or connected with any player, team, club, tournament or polo association shown on it.
The polo record
Every tournament, edition, ground, team, player, pony and groom has its own page, linked to the others. The tournament calendar and results come from public sources, credited at the foot of every page. Players' names, nationalities and handicaps are public sporting facts.
We never guess. A winner's name links to a player only when it matches exactly; anything close waits for a person to check it. When a second source states a fact differently, we correct the record and keep that source's address beside the correction.
The game
Each club you create starts with $5,000,000 of game money to sign real players, keep ponies and grooms, and build facilities. When a tournament is won, each winning player gains $1,000 of value per ranking point of the tournament (at most doubling in one title) and the clubs that hold them are paid a tenth of the rise. When matches from scoring tournaments are filed, goals, wins and MVP awards move values too. Leagues rank clubs by what they earn and what they are worth. The game never touches the record: it reads it.
Nothing in High Goal is real money, and the game is free to play. See the terms.
Corrections
Every page ends with “Spotted something wrong on this page?”. Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, where you saw the right information. We check it and fix the record with the source.
Players, teams, ponies and grooms
A profile can be claimed by the person it describes, or by someone acting for them, from the profile page. An admin checks each claim. Once verified, the manager can add photos, a bio, links and highlights in their own section of the page (never mixed into the record), and read the profile's fan mail.
If you want your profile corrected or removed, claim it, use the contact form, or write to [email protected]. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
